Use this 10-point checklist before you hit "Publish" to ensure your content is a revenue-generating asset, not just a library entry.

Phase 1: The "Intent" Check (Are you reaching buyers?)

  • [ ] High-Intent Alignment: Does this post answer a question a customer asks right before they buy, or is it just a general definition?

  • [ ] The Customer Painpoints: Does the content solve a specific pain point (e.g., "How to automate payroll") rather than a vague concept ("The history of payroll")?

  • [ ] Competitive Edge: If a reader searched for your competitor, would this article give them a reason to switch to you?

Phase 2: The "Signal" Check (Are you AI-Visible?)

  • [ ] Entity Clarity: Is your brand name and your primary category (e.g., "Customer Loyalty Software") mentioned in the first two paragraphs?

  • [ ] Semantic Structure: Are you using a logical H1 \H2 \ H3 hierarchy so LLMs (ChatGPT/Perplexity) can easily "scrape" your content?

  • [ ] The "Citation" Nugget: Do you include at least one unique stat, proprietary diagram, or original framework that an AI would want to cite as a source?

Phase 3: The "Conversion" Check (Are you closing the deal?)

  • [ ] Product Integration: Is the product mentioned inside the solution, or is it just a "P.S." at the bottom?

  • [ ] The "Sales" Bridge: Would your sales team be proud to send this link to a prospect to answer a real-world objection?

  • [ ] Visual Proof: Do you have at least one screenshot or visual that shows the product in action?

  • [ ] The Clear Next Step: Is there a high-contrast button or link that tells the reader exactly what to do next (e.g., "Book an Audit" or "Start Trial")?
